We have had this mattress a little over 4 months. Last week while changing the sheets I noticed this. Bulge/dip in the side. U am not real happy with this purchase. We had the firm mattress then the store let us return it for this one. Poor quality.

Comfortable Mattress, But Arrived With a Defect

I'm giving the Serta Perfect Sleeper 13" Blue Lagoon mattress four stars. Overall, the mattress is very comfortable, sleeps well, and I've been happy with the comfort and support so far. However, I took off one star because there was a noticeable defect on the top of the mattress when it arrived. The defect is disappointing, especially when purchasing a brand-new mattress, and I expected it to arrive in perfect condition. Thankfully, it hasn't affected how the mattress sleeps. It's still very comfortable, and I've been getting a good night's rest on it. If it weren't for the defect on the top, I definitely would have given it five stars.
